Hit by a car backing out of driveway!

This dashcam footage is from my friend. Her car was hit by a car that was backing out of the driveway. There was a white truck on her right hand side blocking her view. (The dashcam is located behind the rearview mirror, therefore, it had a better view than my friend on the driver's seat). She wasn't stop in time. However, she should still have the right of way. Update 10/05/2016: After the cammer showed this dashcam footage to the insurance company, the blue camry was found 100% at fault.
